My name is Kristina Bost! I’m 33 years old and have been horse crazy for as long as I can remember! While I wasn’t raised around horses, my parents made sure to give me every opportunity possible to pursue my passion. In fact I still remember my very first encounter with horses. It was a preschool field trip to a fellow classmates farm. She and her family were trick riders and we were allowed to perform simple tricks on her trick pony! From that moment on I was hooked! From there my parents found local stables where I could take lessons. I was a quick study and soon my parents were purchasing my own horses to train and show! My main riding style was English as I loved competing in the hunter jumpers and 3 day eventing! I absolutely loved the way soaring over the jumps made me feel like I was flying! But I also learned other styles and did some shows on a Tennessee walker who also racked, did gaited classes on my foxtrotter, and also tried the rodeo scene for a couple of years. I read every article I could get my hands on that had to do with training techniques, different breeds, everything from halter breaking a weanling, to finishing that grand prix jumper. To this day I continue to read articles on training techniques or watch videos to keep up with the times or find new ways that may work better with a difficult equine. I feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to work for Belinda at B & B training and look forward to loving on, bringing along, and making your ponies be the best that they can be!
